    • 1960-1961 Cheerleading 

      The Cheerleading team of 1960 was responsible for the great school spirit shown at Pingry rallies and sporting events. They played a large role in motivating and encouraging the players to do their best.
    • 1960-1961 Wrestling 

      Captained by undefeated Pete Hilgendorff and ably coached by Messrs. Newcomb and Whittemore, the Varsity Wrestling team completed another successful season, compiling a .500 record and placing fourth in the NJSIAA Tournament.
    • 1961-1962 Cheerleading 

      The Pingry cheerleaders do a great deal to arouse school spirit. They are coached by Mr. Everett Newcomb and led by Dave Neunert. They lead the cheering at games and rallies to encourage the athletes.
    • 1961-1962 Wrestling 

      Under the tutelage of coaches Newcomb, Russell, and Whittemore, and led by Captain Dick Shyers, the 1961-1962 Wrestling team compiled a 7-2 record in one of its finest seasons and went on to tie for fourth in the State Tournament.
    • 1962-1963 Baseball 

      The 1963 Baseball team finished a very strong campaign with a 10-4 record, the best for a Pingry nine since the 1955 season. The team practiced hard to clinch many key victories during the season.
