This year's gridders, led by the spectacular passing of Joe North, turned in a solid 4-3 season. The 1945 Pingry Football squad crushed their opponents in their four wins by an average score of 25-3.
1945-1946 Track and Field
The Pingry cindermen tallied an outstanding 6-1 record in dual meets during the 1946 season. A highlight was when they traveled to Tarrytown, NY following the regular season and won the first ever Hackley Invitational Trophy.
