The 1938 Football season was one of the most exciting and enjoyable in a number of years. The Blue and White gridders had unusually heavy opposition this year, but a good scrap was put up in every game.
Although the 1937 Varsity Football team had a poor season according to the statistics, considering their difficult schedule and limited practice time, the school can be well proud of the team that represented them.
The 1940 Football team proved to be a successful one, winning four and losing only two, and tying one. While the team was rounded out by a good defense, line, and backfield, its real strength was its air game.
